Clients from the UK wanting a top floor apartment with roof solarium
Complete Spanish Property had an enquiry from our client´s who wanted a two bedroom apartment with private roof solarium. We managed to find it for them and they completed on Friday, so are now the proud owners of their apartment. Here is what they had to say:
We had been keen to buy a holiday home in Costa Blanca for a while and were keen to get over to look at some properties. We had made some appointments to view some properties when a property came up in our price range that we felt was perfect for us. With help from Gary we were able to put a deposit down whilst in the U.K to reserve it until we could go and view. Buying a place in a different country is exciting but very daunting however, we didn't need to worry about anything. Gary advised us on all costs involved with owning in Spain and even recommended a solicitor who I have to say was also great and very communicative at every step. We were never left wondering what was happening at anytime at all.
We never felt pressured into anything at any point and felt nothing but support from Gary, he clearly puts his clients needs and wants first and therefore delivers a first class service.
