Clients from Liverpool delighted with their purchase in La Marina
Jim & Cathy came across to Spain to look for a detached villa which they could use and allow their family to enjoy as well. We met for the day and they found a wonderful villa in La Marina. Here´s what they had to say:
Hi Gary
I would like to share my experience with everyone about buying a property in Spain with you and your company.
Gary met us at our hotel he had just flown back from England and picked us up on time , he was so nice helpful and polite
We immediately felt relaxed with Gary, there was no pressure which was one thing we were worrying about. I had been emailing Gary for a week or so about some places we were wanting to see some which were not on Gary's site but with other company's and was worrying that he would just want to show us the ones on his own site ,How wrong I was, the first two he showed us were ones I had emailed him about and were with another company. He worked with other estate agents and they all got on well, he put us at ease straight away, a very nice easy going man ,Who I think we can now call a friend, The first thing he done before showing us the villas was to show us the area, Not knowing this part of Spain much it was a great help to know what was in the area shops, restaurants beaches etc. After that we met with the other Estate Agent and Gary introduced us and we then were shown the property we had emailed Gary about, we fell in love with the second one and put an offer in straight away, And even though it wasn't on Gary's books he was very happy for us. He then showed us more of the area then took us back to our hotel,
But it didn't end there we have just finished signing for our property and Gary has been back to see us and got us a builder to do some work we wanted doing on the property,
I can recommend Gary and his company to anyone. He went the full mile as you say and more! What a lovely person puts you at ease straight away was so helpful and real nice .
