Emotional purchase in La Marina
I was approached by Gary from Complete Spanish Property, after enquiring about properties in Spain on a website. I had decided to view through two agents, so I had a good choice of properties to see. From the moment I spoke to Gary, he put me at ease. He offered to pick me up at the airport even though I was viewing with another agent first. He took my round the areas I was viewing in, so I could get a feel for the surroundings and then took me on to the hotel.
Day one was a disaster! with the other agent (from a large Spanish Agency) arriving an hour late. I am just a normal person, working 9 -5 to pay the bills. I was fortunate to be left some money by my Father when he died. It was important to me that my money was spent wisely, and as a single parent I was very nervous about taking the risk. I felt Gary understood my concerns. There was no pressure sell at all, and he guided me through each step, always available to talk to, and his aftersales puts UK Estate agents to shame! I felt I had Gary's undivided attention, from start to finish.
