Lovely couple from Ireland found their dream holiday home for their family
David & Ruth were passed onto ourselves by one of our Agent´s in the UK and found their ideal property in Ciudad Quesada. Here´s what they had to say:
My wife and I have just returned from a stay in our new property in Cuidad Quesada purchased through the aid of Gary Lewis. I first made contact with Gallois Properties who put me in touch with Gary Lewis at Complete Spanish Property. Gary contacted me first through email and subsequently after many emails and telephone conversations he soon built up a picture of the type of property we were looking for. I then visited the Costa Blanca where Gary met me at the airport and spent a few days showing me around the different areas of the Costa Blanca and also the various types of properties available. My wife and I then went out to do a more refined search in the area and at this stage Gary knew where and what to show us. From the very outset Gary was informative, professional, courteous and most importantly patient. After finding us the ideal property he then put us in touch with a solicitor and dealt with any queries we had promptly and in a very professional manner.
Gary made the whole process very easy and trouble free for us and we had no issues with the purchase of this property. I would highly recommend Gary and his business to anyone purchasing a property.
The completion was over six months due to difficult vendor´s but we managed to get everything sorted and now David & Ruth can enjoy their wonderful property.
