Wolfgang and his wife contacted us at Complete Spanish Property to market and promote their townhouse in Torrevieja. Three weeks later, a deposit was paid and yesterday the property completed at the Notary. Here´s what they had to say:
We were recommended to speak to Gary by a friend of our´s to try and sell our property in Torreta III. We organised a meeting and he came round to take some details and photo´s for his website. He sent us the link so we could read through and check everything was OK before it was live.
Gary had a lot of client´s wanting to view the property both direct and via his Agent network and three weeks later we agreed a price and a deposit was paid. Once the deposit was paid, the process was very smooth and we completed yesterday. So it was a great Christmas for us in getting a price agreed and an even better start to 2018 with the completion yesterday.
