Scottish client´s, starting a new life in Spain
I met with Wendy & Ian after they had a disappointing time with another Agent and showed them some properties. They eventually found a three bedroom townhouse in Vistabella Golf, which they completed on this Thursday. Here is what they had to say:
We met Gary in October 2020 when he came to pick us up from our hotel.
He was polite and really got what we were looking for property wise after we were disappointed with another agent we had been with.
He had a great knowledge of the area and took us to various locations to view houses. Nothing fazed him and he was always there to pick us up every day.
We found a property we liked and then had to return home to Scotland. We kept in contact with him and we made an offer which after a couple of counter offers agreed on a price.
Gary has been in constant contact with us ever since and yesterday 18/03/2021 we completed on the property purchase.
Gary also found us a Spanish solicitor who acted on our behalf during the purchase.
All in all we've had a really good experience with Gary's company and think of him as a friend now.
