Some client´s were looking to relocate over to Spain to enjoy the warmer weather and experience a different way of life, listen to what they had to say....
When Graham and I met Gary at Alicante Airport in July he immediately put us at our ease. We had been in contact with him for several weeks by email when he sent us details of many properties, we were spoilt for choice. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary. He answered all our queries, drove us everywhere, advised us on many matters and put us in contact with an excellent Solicitor.
The fact that Gary has such a good working relationship with local estate agents is a wonderful asset and because of this we found the house we were looking for in Urb La Marina. At no point did he push us into doing anything we didn't want to, just the opposite in fact as he gave us the space to discuss and think over things.
Our transaction in UK proved to be a nightmare but throughout this Gary was there for us giving us the encouragement to continue on some very black days. We have now moved and are settling well into our new home and Gary is still here for us - you really couldn't ask for more from a person.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Gary - in fact we now look upon him as a close friend and look forward to sharing a few beers with him very soon.
