Happy couple from Ireland completed on a lovely property in Daya Vieja
Tony & Gretta came over to Spain to look at one property, they loved it and are now the owners of a very stylish apartment. Here´s what they had to say:
Both my wife and I had been looking for a place in Spain for about 3 years. We a made quite a few viewing trips but had been disappointed on every occasion, either it was too small or too big to much money or too little. Photographs don't always show a place in its true colours. We came in contact with Gary in the middle of October, this guy knows his stuff after one telephone chat I knew we had found guy he understood exactly what we were looking for. After viewing some photographs we came to view just one property. On the trip in case we were fully interested Gary had made arrangements for us to meet with a bank manager, with one of the top Spanish banks, On viewing the property and meeting some of the others living close by we knew it was everything that we were looking for. Next day we had a meeting with our new solicitor organised by Gary, Maria Angeles Costa, the lady is a serious operator, she explained the whole procedure in detail by the time our meeting finished we knew everything there is to know about Spanish law. And 6 weeks later we now own our Spanish house. This is very important, we were not spending big money, but the service we received was second to none Gary is a tremendous guy I would say it does not matter whether its €1000 or €1000000 he will give 100%.
