Swedish couple found what they were looking for in Los Alcazares
We met Lars and Carina in Los Alcazares to take a look at some property options and after viewing a good selection, the first property was the one which they decided to purchase. This new build apartment was under construction at the time and here is what they had to say:

Me and my wife was looking for an apartment in Spain, in the area of Costa Blanca and more specific, south of Torrevieja.
We, as many others, were browsing the WEB, a lot and we had a lot of conversations with different brokers. This was mainly to get a grip of the actual market for new constructed apartments and the price level of these.
One of these brokers was Gary Lewis. And honestly, I didn't pay more attention with him than the others from the start.
But when he started to contact me three weeks before our next trip to Spain, to playing Golf, I was very surprised and pleased. In the earlier discussions I hade told Gary that we will come down to Spain in April. I had forgotten that I had told him this. But Gary had control of it.
We decided to meet during this trip.
And for this, I'm very pleased.
Gary has been very helpful, with finding our perfect apartment in Los Alcazares, helping out with the first contacts with a solicitor that spoke our main language, Swedish, a bank contact that as well had a Swedish bank manager and the first contact with the developer.
But, the best of everything was that Gary was very fast to respond to e-mails or text messages and always was a huge help when I couldn't get in contact with the solicitor and other parties.
So, I can sincerely recommend Gary Lewis if you want a very good support in finding a new home in Costa Blanca and have a fantastic help and support during the whole process.
