I spoke with Liz numerous times on the telephone prior to her coming to Spain to view properties with her daughter. We covered a lot of kilometre´s trying to find the right property and this is what she had to say:

When I decided to buy a property in Spain I had no idea of how to go about this so sent out several emails to different Spanish Property Agents advertising on Rightmove Spain, trying to set up viewing for different houses I was interested in. A house purchase in the UK is stressful enough but in Spain, this is compounded further by the language barrier and the legislation.
