Year-round sunshine, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean life style that allows the pure enjoyment of life. Have you checked the property market lately? If you have, you will already know that the dream owning a property by the beach is now more feasible than ever. The bad news is that these low prices will not last long. At Complete Spanish Property we are very experienced in the market and are aware of the best advice to give our clients. To confirm again: Prices are rising. Forewarned is forearmed.
Some time ago, the rating agency Fitch said that 2015 will be the year when the adjustment of house prices will end, the prices will now start to rise. So at Complete Spanish Property we encourage you to take a look at our full range of new and second hand properties in the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida and take advantage of these prices before they start to increase.
Prices go up, but at this moment in time, not much. On the coast still they do at a slower pace than in the rest of Spain. According to the Bank of Spain, in Valencia the price of housing has increased only 0.1%, compared to 1% of the national average. Is this a relief? Not at all. This same report notes a dramatic increase in the sale of properties in the region in the second quarter of 2015, namely 14.8%.
It's a matter of supply and demand. And also common sense. The number of people who are buying property now is increasing and as a result will increase the prices of properties. In 2016, the rise in likely to be more noticeable. Do not wait much longer! The question is not whether you can afford. To buy, but how long you going to wait. If you wait too long then do not expect cheap prices.
