Housing on the Spanish coast leaves crisis behind
Prices are growing double digit in the heat of the recovery of consumption and the holiday rental boom.
A recent report from the real estate website pisos.com revealed that a type home for sale on Spanish beaches would now cost 215,579 euros, 19.84% more than in 2016, when the average price was 179,886 euros. In terms of rent, it has gone from an average rent of 565 euros a week to 642, registering an increase of 13.57% in a year.
Another report prepared by Tinsa also reflects the recovery of vital signs of residential business in the beach areas. This X-ray divides the peninsular coast and islands into 58 zones.
